html - Why doesn't bootstrap nav-bar open on small screens? -

this nav-bar works fine when screen larger 640px, when menu-button displayed on small screens, clicking not show menu items. here site.

you missing bootstrap.min.js need add this:

you need add jquery library before loading js file.
