i have seen results in research paper compares 2 networks. network has end end latency in comparison network b. on other hand network latency of network b in comparison network a.

  • what can difference between two?
  • what mathematical relation between two?

python - Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>] error -
