python auto install modules and pygame window -

i have 2 questions pygame , python: one: using pygame in fullscreen mode , wondering how can other windows (google chrome, safari, mail, thunderbird, itunes) go on top of fullscreen window. two: can make python install modules custom desktop need without user having go , install them themselves

just make borderless screen size of desktop excluding start menu etc. second question, compile user doesn't need python. have done quite py2exe, assuming running windows, have heard py2app mac, py2exe cant used on linux wine programs seem run fine.
