turkish character encoding in android -

i have problem turkish characters in android studio. clicked file > settings. default encoding, ide , project encoding windows-1254. still wrong characters in code.

my wrong code :

i clicked "invalidate caches/restart" still wrong. if "right click -> file encoding -> windows-1254 -> convert -> convert anyway", code seem :
